Flexibility in mind and motion
Neurofeedback taps into your brain's capacity to heal, restore, and grow.

Neurogrow
Neurogrow provides Infra-Low neurofeedback which is a non-invasive, drug-free therapy that trains your nervous system to regulate itself. Whether you are facing physical limitations, emotional strain or seeking peak cognitive stamina and memory enhancement, Neurogrow provides personalized, scientifically validated brain training to help you stop managing symptoms and start feeling like yourself again.
What is Neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback trains your brain to regulate its own activity, allowing it to shift as needed by modulating your brainwaves for optimal functioning. During a session, it uses visual, auditory and tactile feedback in real time to reward the brain for shifting toward the healthier, more balanced patterns as identified through your treatment objectives.

The video below provides a short introduction to neurofeedback.Â
Sleep & Energy
Insomnia, Restless Leg Syndrome, Sleep Apnea, Fatigue, Non-Restorative Sleep

ADHD, Learning Challenges, Aphasia, Apraxia

When lingering physical or emotional challenges leave you feeling exhausted, your nervous system can become locked in stress response patterns. Neurofeedback works at the core to help your brain release these stored tensions and unlock its natural capacity for deep healing.

By restoring balance to your nervous system, you support both physical vitality and emotional resilience moving you past plateaus so you can stop just managing symptoms and start feeling like yourself again.

Mental stamina enhances leadership and athletic performance while improving long-term physical, mental and emotional health.

Through targeted conditioning, your brain learns to self-regulate—effortlessly transitioning out of high-pressure stress cycles and into peak flow.
Â
This naturally sharpens your focus, increases your decision-making speed, deepens sleep recovery, and stabilizes your nervous system.

Performance & Longevity
My path to neurofeedback began at the intersection of professional curiosity and personal experience.
Â
As a bilingual educator and teacher mentor for over 18 years, I spent nearly two decades fascinated by human development and inspired by how people learn, adapt, and thrive.

My focus shifted meaningfully when my mother suffered a series of strokes, leaving her with expressive aphasia. While integrating neurofeedback into her rehabilitation, I witnessed firsthand the remarkable power of neuroplasticity—not only in helping restore her communication, but in reigniting pathways damaged years earlier. Inspired by the brain's capacity to reorganize and heal, I trained to become a neurofeedback clinician.

Today, I combine my background in education with personalized neurofeedback training to help clients strengthen their capacity for self-regulation, resilience, and personal growth.
Â
I believe every nervous system tells a unique story. In a compassionate, supportive, and confidential setting, I work collaboratively with you to tailor an approach suited to your individual goals.

Whether you are navigating a specific challenge or seeking to enhance your overall wellbeing and function at your best, I welcome your inquiry and look forward to guiding you on your journey.

What to expect in a session
During a typical 30- to 60-minute session, small sensors are placed on your scalp to monitor your brainwaves in real time. As you watch a screen or listen to audio, the system provides gentle visual and auditory cues that guide your brain toward optimal self-regulation.
Neurofeedback is completely non-invasive, safe, and painless—the sensors only measure your brain’s natural activity; they do not send signals into your body.
Do I continue to work with other therapists? Â
Neurofeedback works safely alongside your existing healthcare routine. We strongly encourage you to continue working with your current doctors and therapists.
If you take medication, your current prescriptions remain unchanged.Â
How many sessions do I need?
Â
Most clients see improvement in the first 3-5 sessions yet the average treatment block is 20 sessions. The number of sessions is dependant on the clients unique goals and how their nervous system responds. Once positive shifts begin, subsequent sessions help consolidate and stabilize those gains for long-term and lasting results.Â
